Dan CrumPresident and Head Coach

An accomplished three-sport athlete in high school, he focused on golf and took his talent to George Mason University (GMU) and their Division 1 Golf Team.  Since 2000, Crum has been coaching at all levels highlighted by multiple Coach of the Year honors for leading his teams to seven straight conference championships as well as becoming the mental coach for his alma mater GMU Patriots. 

Crum is also a best-selling author with his book being translated into 23 editions. He is a frequent guest in national media (USA Today, Yahoo, and CBS) as well as a recognized speaker. He has spent his career focusing on understanding human psychology, working with well-known experts Tony Robbins and John Assaraf. 

Crum has worked with some of the best athletes in the world and has created a coaching program focusing on conditioning the mind of the athlete for peak performance.  Dan is a certified in Hypnotherapy and uses cutting edge technology and mental exercises to help athletes perform at their ELITE level on command.  

Brian Crum: Director of Golf & Coach

An accomplished amateur golfer. He has a BS Degree in Political Science from the US Naval Academy and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

While at the Naval Academy, Brian was captain of the NCAA Division 1 Navy Golf team, a 2-time Cleveland Golf Academic All-American, and 2003 Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Brian was distinguished with election to the Patriot League 25th Anniversary team, and the US Naval Academy Sports Hall of Fame. While in college, Brian played alongside PGA Tour professional Billy Hurley III, and won 3 NCAA events, including the 2003 Patriot League Conference Championship, and played in 2 NCAA Championships.

Brian’s golf career took a brief  hold while he served as a Naval Nuclear Submarine Officer for nearly 7 years, though in his return he won the 2009 Saratoga County (NY) Amateur Championship, and 5 Golf Channel AmTour events including the 2014 Pacific Northwest Golf Championship at Chambers Bay – site of the 2010 US Amateur and 2015 US Open.

Brian now works with a number of high-performing youth and amateur golfers to develop course management strategies, practice regimens, and mental approaches that break through plateaus.

Will Naylor: Director of Baseball & Coach

A three-sport athlete and 2016 Hall of Fame inductee at Paul VI Catholic High school in Fairfax, VA, Naylor continued his baseball career at Division 1 Radford University, playing two ways as a pitcher and outfielder.  After finishing his collegiate career he was invited to work out with the Philadelphia Phillies before deciding to put an end to his playing career and get into coaching.  Naylor returned to his alma mater at Paul VI and was an instrumental assistant coach for the 2012 Paul VI Catholic Basketball team which won the prestigious Washington Catholic Athletic Conference and City Title game.  Finishing in the Top 25 in the Country.  Naylor also has been involved with the Nationally Ranked Paul VI baseball team for several years, most recently serving as the head assistant and pitching coach.

As the Director of Baseball & Business Development, Naylor works directly with the athletes, head coaches, and athletic directors to develop individualized plans, and secure team workshop and contracts.

Naylor himself has always had a passion for the “Why” in what makes an athlete successful and has worked with dozens of Division 1 athletes as well as multiple Major League Baseball players focusing on mental conditioning and peak performance.  Naylor is also certified in Hypnotherapy and the cutting-edge technology taught by EMG.
